It’s nice when a simple test will solve your problem. SureTrack community member Bobomx250 had a Hyundai Sonata in their shop that was hard to start and would die after refueling. Codes led to a purge valve problem but functional and electrical tests did not indicate a bad component. They posed the question to the community, and with the help of fellow community member ericsautomotive and others, they were able to resolve the issue.
The following Real Fix summarizes the interaction between them in the community that led to the solution.

Sounds like the EVAP purge valve is stuck open a little bit. Pull the purge valve off and see if you can blow through it. If you can, replace it.

Pulled the purge valve and could blow through it.
