Diagnostic Steps Performed/Parts Replaced
Pressing on brake pedal causes it to go all the way to the floor. When first pressed, brakes grab and are touchy, but then pedal just drops down. Scanned for codes and found no codes. No leaks nor signs of damage. Replaced brake master cylinder, flushed system, bled brake lines and ABS unit. Brake power is there, but brake pedal still goes down after master replacement. Is this the ABS acting up and not throwing an ABS code? Or is there another underlying problem that is not known?

Run the automated bleed procedure via scan tool SEVERAL TIMES !!
Cause
Running brake bleed through scan tool, and manually bleeding it, multiple times helped the system clear itself. Brake pedal finally held up.
Correction
Bled brakes multiple times until brake pedal no longer goes to floor. Brakes work as they should.
