Diagnostic Steps Performed/Parts Replaced
Replaced with new fuse. Checked the wiring and all looks good.

Follow wires from base of shifter to column connector. They rub through and short to ground.
Cause
Found bare wires in the shifter, causing short when overdrive is used.
Correction
Repaired damaged shifter wiring and fuse no longer blows when put in overdrive.
